How to order
Trace Elements offers four convenient ways to order our quality nutritional supplements:

3) Mail your order to: Trace Elements, P.O. Box 514, Addison, TX 75001.
4) Fax your order to us at (972) 248-4896.
Trace Elements does not require a minimum order.
All orders are shipped within two (2) business days, subject to inventory availability. Please allow a minimum of 4-10 business days for delivery of your order.
Standard Delivery: Unless specified otherwise, all orders will be shipped via UPS. All domestic orders will be charged a flat shipping/handling fee. C.O.D. and residential shipments will be charged additional fees. Current shipping/handling and C.O.D. fees are listed on product order forms and Trace Element's website order checkout page.
Express Delivery: Upgraded shipping services, Next Day, 2nd Day, etc., are available upon request at an additional charge.
International Delivery: Please contact Customer Service for current shipping rates.
Trace Elements has the right to accept or reject any order. Orders are not binding upon Trace Elements until accepted by one or more of our representatives. Trace Elements reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Sales tax will not be applied to purchases of nutritional food supplements. However, Trace Elements will collect the sales & use tax for purchases of educational materials and Vita-Bag's shipped to the State of Texas. For states other than Texas, the buyer is ultimately responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to the merchandise order. The sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice price, and may include charges for shipping and handling if required by law.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment may be prepaid in full by check, billed to account, shipped C.O.D. or charged to Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express, unless specified below.
If you place your order via our website, we only accept billed to account or credit card payments. If you mail or fax your order using Trace Elements current product order form, please provide all information requested and sign where indicated. (C.O.D.s are not available for orders outside the continental United States.)
New Accounts: All first orders are shipped C.O.D. or prepaid in full until account has been established.
Established Accounts: Statements are sent on the first of each month. Statements are due and payable upon receipt. Any account over 30 days past due may be charged at the rate of 1% per month (12% per annum) with a $3.50 minimum service charge. Any further orders must be prepaid, or will be sent C.O.D. until account is brought up to date.
Trace Elements has an established client credit limit of $1,200.00 upon completion of TEI's business credit application form.
International Accounts: All orders require payment in full prior to shipment. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and prepaid international money orders are accepted. Orders to be shipped outside the Continental U.S. cannot be placed on the Trace Elements website. Call or Fax Customer Service for current shipping rates.
Return authorizations must be obtained from Customer Service prior to return shipment of items. Call (800)824-2314 for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)number. The RMA number is required to be prominently displayed near the shipping label of the return shipping box. Returns are accepted no later that 90 days from date of purchase. No opened bottles or containers with tampered safety seals may be returned. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Trace Elements is not responsible for any shipping charges and this amount will not be credited. This return policy applies to all items returned where Trace Elements is not responsible for the discrepancy.
